By coincidence I was assigned a bed in the room occupied by Mexican pilgrims Maria and Ramon with whom I would walk the Camino Francés for the next seven days. At the center rear is the 12th-century Iglesia de Santo Sepulcro whose octagonal design is based on the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.
