18 Sep 2013, 08:30. Pilgrim Ramon carries the backpack that was causing his wife Maria so much pain in her feet (and perhaps exhaustion) as she ascended this long hill on the Camino Francés located about about 6 km (3.6 miles) west of Villambistia, Spain.
