| 11 Oct 2013, 13:51. Approximately 5 km (3.1 miles) west of Melide, Spain, the Camino Francés passes by a pasture where this bovine was grazing. I wonder if the flies congregated around the cow’s eyes are an irritation or whether the cow has become insensitive to them. For the typical pilgrim on the Camino there are similar annoyances of discomfort in feet, legs, back, and joints which one learns to mostly ignore. |
